Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long will it take to process my application?A: Most applications take 2 to 3 business days. The biggest delays are due to improperly completed applications, landlord slow response, and employer slow response. Please ensure that the contact information you give us is current and that you have given your landlord and required notice that you are moving.
Q: I did not have a pet when I moved in; may I have a pet now?A: First, email your Property Manager of your request for a pet. Do not move a pet into the property without permission. Title One will contact the owner and submit your request. If the owner does allow the pet, an increased security deposit and fee may be required.
